Trypophobia while using Dry feel Sanitary pafs

Does anyone else with mild trypophobia get really uncomfortable using "dry feel" sanitary pads?

This is oddly specific, but I've wondered about it for years. I'm 24, and ever since I started getting periods, I've found that the mesh-top "dry feel" pads really trigger a skin-crawling sensation. It's not the blood itself—I'm completely fine with normal cotton-top pads. It's specifically the tiny perforated holes with the red showing through each one.

I don't even have severe trypophobia. Honeycombs and bubble wrap don't bother me much, but this pattern really does. Whenever possible I buy cotton-top pads instead.

Does anyone else experience this, or is it just me?
