Do you actually struggle with phone use during Shabbat? Honest question

I'm building an app that helps Jewish couples stay off their phones during Shabbat together.

Before I go further, I want a gut check from people who actually do Shabbat.

A few honest questions:

- Do you find it hard to put your phone down when Shabbat starts, or is it natural at this point?

- If you have kids, do you struggle to get them off their phones when Shabbat begins ?

- Is the challenge more about starting Shabbat unplugged, or staying unplugged throughout?

- Would you pay for something like this, or is this a problem you've already solved another way?

Not trying to sell anything, genuinely trying to figure out if this solves a real problem or if I'm building something nobody needs.

Piano Advice

Hello guys,

I'm very much a beginner and find myself wanting to do pieces that are harder than my current level.

There's a piece I really like which is from a game called Clair Obscur, for those who know it I'm talking about Monnoco theme.

I don't think it's even worth trying for now as I'm too new to this instrument.

In the meantime, I wanna try Gustave theme (Same game), as it seems easier.

What's your opinion on it ? I am digging my own grave by picking it or should I try to spend a few weeks ?

I'm having a hard time sometimes choosing pieces that I like and are good for me to learn to improve my level.

Thanks for your answers !

Need some help

Hey there,

I'm posting because I've had skin condition for a few years and it has affected my confidence a bit, so I would really appreciate some help about my skin.

Here's the context :

I was diagnosed with Seborrhoeic Dermatitis by a dermatologist and i've had some help with the products prescribed at the beginning (anti fungal treatments such as ketonozacole 2%).

But after a trip back from Japan and being very tired and under high heat which my skin doesnt respond well to, here's my skin after 2 weeks :

The red bump you see on top is exactly where my dermatitis usually is and it's not going away even though it has only been 10 days.

But i'm not sure that the button is caused by the dermatitis.

And then on the bottom you can see small "holes", which has been there for a while (don't know if its related to dermatitis).

I've been changing my diet drastically for the past week to help with the gut health, stopped alcohol and anything inflamatory (gluten, dairy, etc), and drinking a lot of water.

I've been taking complements for the past week too (vitamin d, c, collagen, omega 3)

And here the new skin care routine I have :

Morning :
- Wash my face with cold water and use Vanicream soap bar
- Apply Kelual cream that has helped before and is for redness on irritated skin
- Apply Cerave lotion that has hyaluronic acid
- Apply Daylong blue sunscream

Night :
- Wash my face with cold water and use Vanicream soap bar
- Used to apply ketonozacole but not sure I think i've used it too much so im stopping
- Apply Cerave lotion that has hyaluronic acid

I'm also receiving a Head and shoulder Bare shampoo soon, so that I can apply it on my skin 7 min a day.

So far, for the last days I havent seen improvements (Although the Cerave addition is only from 2 days ago so it's too soon to comment on that), but if you have any ideas, comments or suggestions I would love to hear about it.
