What's the best weightlifting shoes if you're finally ready to stop lifting in running shoes?

I've been lifting consistently for a while now, and I'm starting to think my shoes are holding me back more than I realized. Squats feel a little unstable, and I can definitely tell the soft soles on my running shoes aren't doing me any favors.

I mostly focus on squats, deadlifts, overhead press, and the usual strength work. I don't compete, but I train several times a week and want something that'll last instead of buying another pair in a year.

I've looked at a bunch of weightlifting shoes, but every review seems to say something different. Some people love a higher heel, others say a flatter shoe is better, and now I'm more confused than when I started.

If you were buying weightlifting shoes today with your own money, what would you choose? I'd especially like to hear from people who've trained in the same pair for a year or longer and can say how they've held up.

What’s the best baby car seat you’ve actually used?

Trying to pick a baby car seat right now and honestly every review site says something different. Some people swear by rotating seats, others say simple infant seats are way easier, and now I’m completely stuck.

Main things I care about are safety, easy installation, comfort for longer drives, and not fighting with the straps every single day. Bonus points if it’s not insanely heavy because I’ve already carried a friend’s baby seat once and nearly threw my back out.

I’ve looked at Nuna, Graco, Chicco, Britax, Evenflo, and a few others, but I’d rather hear real experiences from parents instead of polished review articles.

What baby car seat ended up being worth the money for you, and is there one you’d avoid buying again?

What’s the best home printer that doesn’t constantly cause problems?

I’m looking for a decent printer for home use and I feel like every option has mixed reviews. Some people say inkjets are fine, others say they dry out too fast if you don’t print often, and a lot of people seem to recommend laser printers instead.

I mostly need it for basic documents, shipping labels, forms, and the occasional school or work stuff. I don’t really care about fancy photo printing, I just want something reliable that won’t need new ink every five minutes or randomly refuse to connect to WiFi.

What home printer are you using right now, and would you actually buy it again?
