Hi everyone,

I received a tuition fee refund from my university, but my bank credited it to my account in NPR after conversion. Now, while applying for a new NOC, the portal says the bank must update the refunded amount.

However, my bank says they can’t update it because my refund receipt is in NPR and they need a USD/AUD receipt.

Has anyone faced this issue? Is the bank correct, or are they misunderstanding the NOC process?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
