Why do some conversations gotta be like this?...
Wonder if you guys have conversations like this often? Because I've noticed this is a very common local sport around here.
Is this bizarre behavior just a glitch trickled down from the older generation? (back when the internet wasn't a thing, and people actually looked up to elders asking for advice.)
Here's a play-by-play illustration:
Person 1: "Hey! Where can I find some fresh orange juice?"
Person 2: "Fruit juices are high in sugars and not good for you."
Person 1: "Oh... ok. So..., do you know where I can find it?"
Person 2: "Why are you so dumb? Told you it's not good for you!"
Person 1: "Aight thanks for your advice, but not what I was asking for."
Person 2: "Hope you get fucked good by diabetes you dumbass.
*What is the psychological damage of Person 2 here? They offer unsolicited advice, get ignored, and immediately pray for your downfall. Is it just lack of self-awareness?
