Heard this at a party and it’s stuck in my head, anyone know this song?
So I was at a party the other night, nothin crazy, just a few of my buddies and i havin some drinks and whatever. At one point this song came on but I wasn’t payin full attention, but the lyrics hit hard enough that they stuck with me. Now I’m trying to find it and I’m losing my fuckin mind because I can’t remember shit else about it. The only part I remember was something like “You were dopamine in drag/black?, dressed in promises and static,
Now I'm detoxing your memory, purging poison through my attic.” It had this dark, emotional vibe kinda emo‑rap, maybe even spoken word-ish? i dunno but definitely sounded more underground or indie than mainstream. I’ve tried Googling the lyrics but maybe maybe i missed somethin?, even checkin playlists, even asking people who were at the party, and nobody knows what I’m talkin about. If this rings a bell for anyone, I’d seriously appreciate it.
