No I will not give you Lowe’s credit!

I get so many customers asking for Lowe’s credit when they have absolutely no proof of purchase!
Phone number? No, email? No? Receipt.? No, when did you buy it? Over a year ago, not pulling up under the card you say you paid with.

And then you don’t give the credit and explain it’s Lowe’s policy you have to have some form of proof of payment they get mad and throw a tantrum demanding a manager I get a manager they say the same thing

“But I spend a lot of money here!!!” If I had a dollar for every time a customer said that I wouldn’t have to work at Lowe’s

You aren’t special just because you spend a lot of money here a lot of people spend a lot of money here and respect the policy

The policy is for everybody your not exempt from it

So I was dealing with a customer my head cashier didn’t know what to do and my lead was on dnd so what do I do I go into the asm office and see 3 of them on their phones and another sitting down and so I asked if they could help me and the one in the chair asked me why I was immediately going to her and not my supervisor like I’m supposed too and I said she was on dnd and she told me to check again very rudely and the other asm laughed

This asm is always being rude all the time

But anyway if I’m not able to ask my management team for help when my supervisor is gone then who tf do I ask? Other then all the specialist who are always so busy to answer their zebras

I’m honestly am so sick of working at Lowe’s and their toxic work environment
