As the subject says, I am looking for a pet groomer. I need one that can handle geriatric dogs. Mine is 17 and she is in desperate need of grooming. I am located near Howard High School.

I got a piece of mail from HOWARD COUNTY, MD with the address 60 W ST SUITE 106 ANNAPOLIS, MD 21401. It's odd because I know that is the parking office in Annapolis. I haven't parked in Annapolis in maybe 5-7 years.
Anyone else receive something like this? If so, what's it all about?

I have a bedframe I am throwing away. I do not have means to take it to a dumpster, etc, so I put it out on my curb. Trash never took it. I recently moved and at my old house, they would take it with no problem. Not so much on this new neighborhood. Any other suggestions on how to get them to take it?
Came across this video, obviously shot on the BW Parkway just before the exit for Route 100: Columbia/Ellicott City. What are your thoughts?
