So, if you are expelled from school you have your wand destroyed. Yet when you go to jail it looks like your wand sits somewhere you can retrieve at your earliest convenience after break out. What’s up with that? And that seems to only apply to the bad guys. Sirius doesn’t seem to have wand until later and I’m guessing he had to procure one?
