Sangathan ke tym kuch logon ko OD milti hai aur kuch ko ni. Jo log participate kar chuke hain, unko OD mili thi ya phir attendance ka issue hua tha?

I've been here for around 5 years, and one thing I've consistently noticed is that favoritism and partiality exist in almost every club. Leadership positions often go to friends, clubs end up becoming personal groups, and genuine contributors don't get the recognition they deserve. It often feels like the same few people take all the credit while others' work goes unnoticed.

When it comes to gaming, a lot of clubs have come and gone over the years. Last year, I got back into casual gaming and came across Playstorm Esports Club. From what I personally observed, it had many of the same issues. The leadership felt toxic, there were constant lies, and I believed the website, code, and other work created by contributors weren't properly credited and eventually it was stolen without consent. It felt like recognition mattered more than the people actually doing the work.

There's also Arcadia for offline gaming, but the last time I visited, many of the PCs weren't even working.

To me, Playstorm wasn't an isolated case. Across multiple clubs, I've seen the same pattern: favoritism, politics, lack of transparency, and contributors being undervalued while a small inner circle gets most of the recognition.

Has anyone else experienced this in their college, or is it just mine?
