Please give suggestions for buying 3kW Fibre Laser cutting machine.
Hello Everyone, Our company is based in India and we into manufacturing of electrical control panels, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Distribution Transformers and we are planning to buy 3kW Closed Body double pallet Fibre laser cutting machine, our maximum percentage of cutting will be less than 3mm (almost 80%) and rest will be maximum 16mm (remaining 20%). And as per present scenario our machine will work almost 8-12 hours per day.
So in India we have HSG Laser, Gweike Laser, DNE Laser which we have shortlisted so far and these manufacturer's have global presence also.
HSG is giving - Raycus source with bochu head in their GT high speed model - 2G acceleration with 8Hz low pass filter.
Gweike is giving - same source and head but with 2.5 to 3G acceleration with 10Hz low pass filter.
DNE is giving - Max source and cutting head bochi with 1.5 to 2G acceleration and 7Hz low pass filter.
Rest all other configuration is almost the same.
So please suggest me with which brand we should go with as per your experience (if you are already using any one of them) considering their after sales service, machine performance etc etc.
