3 months of consistent workouts and clean diet and mounjaro! I did 2 months of 2.5 and one month of 7.5 and now back to 2.5 to see if I can sustain this based on my workouts and diet alone. I was cleaning and found this dress again and thought of giving it a go. Was genuinely surprised!
I started my journey on 10th Feb and began microdosing myself unknowingly for about 2 weeks. I was microdosing myself 0.25 gms and even that worked wonderfully. However I went up to 2.5 and then my doctor made me go up to 7.5 since I was in a different country and only had the 7.5 available. I have lost nearly 13kgs since then and want to taper down my doses. I still have 6 doses of 7.5 left but my body reacts wonderfully even to small amounts. I have PCOS and had a very unhealthy lifestyle. After I started the medicine tho I changed my habits completely. I stopped drinking cola, I stopped eating excessive sugar and I started working out. My body composition has changed and i believe it has 90% to do with my lifestyle changes. Has anyone else tapered off their doses and has any advice for me? 😊 before after photo for comparison
