Best option (most clear + strong): Chance Me for T20s as an Incoming Senior (Immigrant, No Rigor Available Before Junior Year)
**Disclaimer:** I completed my freshman and sophomore years outside the U.S. before immigrating. My school did **not** offer AP, IB, Honors, or Dual Enrollment courses. Instead, I was enrolled in the school’s accelerated program, which placed me in the highest-level Science, English, and Math courses available. I immigrated to the U.S. before my junior year, am now a U.S. citizen, and have taken advantage of every rigorous opportunity available since arriving.
Can I realistically get into a T20 university with these stats as an incoming senior?
**Academics**

I’m looking for honest feedback on my chances at T20 schools. Please be as realistic as possible.
**Senior Year / Future Plans**
AP Biology
AP English Language and Composition
AP World History
Dual Enrollment Calculus
Possibly take the SAT if time allows
Apply to become the Medical Assistant Ambassador at my school
Continue expanding my nonprofit and partnerships
Gain additional volunteer hours and hospital job-shadowing experience
**Additional Context (if it matters):** My GPA isn’t perfect, and I know it’s below the average for many T20 applicants. During my junior year, my family moved three times after we immigrated to the U.S. As the oldest of two younger kids (including a newborn), I took on significant family responsibilities. I was also helping care for my parents—one is a senior citizen, and the other was recovering from surgery—while our family was dealing with financial challenges. Despite all of that, I maintained a 3.93 unweighted GPA, pursued the most rigorous coursework available to me, and stayed deeply involved in my extracurriculars.
