CXR on NNU baby in prone position

Imaging of babies in the NNU comes with a lot of risk. often babies are presented in prone position as it is best for them, and rolling them over for an AP chest xray can cause distress.

Is there any reason CXR cant be done with the baby prone? granted we need to account for any rotation etc? but if baby is already prone, and we are using the tray, why not image prone?

Have googled but couldn't really find anything.

Te Reo in the show

I'm curious for those overseas, how do you find the inclusion of Te Reo (Maori language) in the show? There isn't a lot, and most of the time you can understand from context clues. Want us kiwis to put up a translation? Or was this done the first time around?

The irony...

At around the 2:58 mark is a map showing the countries where it is legal to advertise prescription drugs to the public. There are only 2 countries....

Advice please for jewellery failure

My mum bought me a chain and pendant from a national retailer 11 months ago. The chain and pendant were purchased together, in the same transaction and left the store with the pendant on the chain.

3 weeks ago, the chain broke. Fortunately I found the pendant. I took the chain back to the retailer.

Today they called to say that head office have declined repair under warranty as the chain appears to have been stretched, like it had caught on something. The chain never caught on anything and I had only worn it about 10-12 times in the time I had it. I did notice the chain twist around the pendant occasionally - which is typical of most chains.

The store is going back to head office on Monday, however I expect the same response.

Does anyone have any advice for how to proceed? I feel this was either defective or not fit for purpose as there was nothing I did that caused the break.

Thank you
