I’ll be renting an apartment by myself January 2027. I’ve always had roommates so this is my first time living solo. My income is commission based and I’m still building clientele, and looking for a part time job on the side. I’ll likely stick to income restricted apartments/units since I don’t have a base pay. I guess I’m looking for any recommendations, places to stay away from, management that’s decent and doesn’t screw you over (hard to come by these days it seems). Any information will be helpful!
