080 Lounge BLR T2: Can I bring an old person (wheelchair-bound) into the lounge without a card with their name on it?

Hey folks,
Need some advice/hacks for the 080 Lounge at BLR Airport. I’m traveling domestic with family next week. Between us, 3 of us have eligible cards, but my grandmother doesn't have a credit card.
We really don't want to leave her outside alone while we're in the lounge, especially since she'll be in a wheelchair. But we also don't want to pay the ₹2k+ guest fee (she won't be even eating or using any facilities, literally just sitting with us).
We have plenty of "unused" lounge visits on our cards.
Is there ANY way to generate a QR code from any app that isn't name-specific?
Does 080 ever make "humanitarian" exceptions for seniors on wheelchairs who aren't eating? Can I just show a QR code from some app?
I know the rules are usually "name on boarding pass = name on card," but it feels so stiff when you have the limits but just not the plastic in that specific person's name. Any tips or recent experiences would be super helpful!
