This is newly opened lounge at Patna Airport new departure terminal.
Since they are still setting it up, they don't have tie-ups with any big banks cards except ICICI as of now.

Indusind Tiger Credit Card - Intl Lounge Access Query

I have Ind Tiger CC. I have an intl flight planned later this month from BOM T2. Which lounges would I be able to access without paying? I can see Adani East but the benefit type seems to be Domestic Lounge. However, per my research this loung is located right after Intl sec checks.

Experts advice needed!

First time using HDFC Millennia lounge access at Delhi Airport (T1) - Need help understanding the process

Hi everyone,

This will be my first time using airport lounge access, so I have a few questions.

I have both:

  • HDFC Millennia Visa Debit Card
  • HDFC Millennia Visa Credit Card

For my debit card, I can see an unclaimed Hoi (HDFC DCI) lounge voucher for the current quarter. I don't really understand what DCI means or how this voucher system works.

I'll be travelling from Dharamshala → Delhi → Ahmedabad (flight details attached). I have a 6 hr 25 min layover at Delhi T1, so I was hoping to use a lounge during the wait.

My questions are:

  1. Can I use this HDFC/HOI lounge voucher at Delhi Airport Terminal 1?
  2. If yes, what are the exact steps?
    • Do I need to claim the voucher before travelling?
    • Should I claim it on the day of travel or a few days before?
    • Do I show the QR/voucher at the lounge, or do I simply swipe/tap my debit card?
  3. What documents do I need? (Boarding pass, debit card, ID, etc.)
  4. If the debit card voucher doesn't work, can I instead use my HDFC Millennia Visa Credit Card?
  5. Since I have a 6+ hour layover, can I enter the lounge as soon as I land in Delhi, or do lounges only allow entry within a certain number of hours before the next flight?

I'd really appreciate it if someone who's recently used HDFC lounge access at Delhi T1 could explain the process step by step. Thanks!

IndusInd Tiger is the GOAT

Just visited the Bengaluru 080 VIP lounge in Terminal 1 thanks to the IndusInd Tiger. It probably has the best most exhaustive list of eligible lounges, in fact I would go as far as to say that there’s probably no domestic lounge (except for the exclusive business class lounges) that does not give access to the IndusInd Tiger. That combined with no spend criteria is absolute GOLD. Even if someday(probably soon) this card gets devalued I’ll still be super grateful for the value I’ve extracted from it over the last year.
Coming to the VIP lounge experience, I visited in the breakfast hours. The menu was quite diverse with South Indian and continental dishes(pics attached). They didn’t have the specialty coffee though. There were hardly 2-3 people in that place, so it was quite exclusive and private. Something to note was that the quantity was quite less for the dishes and the time to prepare each dish is also quite long. So you will only be able to enjoy if you have a lot of time on your hands, preferably 1 - 1.5 hrs.

List of Good and Bad lounges in India?

As we know lounge access is limited to only 2-3 times a quarter for most of us, please tell your experiences about which lounges one should avoid? And also tell which lounges are really good and one must visit (except vip and lounges for business/first class)

Bengaluru T1 - 080 VIP lounge

If you got 3 hrs to spend at BLR T1, then this is the one!

Got access using Indusind Tiger CC. Only A-la-carte, no buffet. Excellent experience and good service by the staff. There were hardly 10 people inside this closed space. The only drawback of the lounge is that there's only 1 washroom.
