Weapons aren't evolving

I'm trying to get the achievement Megalo Miang Moonspell on Xbox.

As far as I can tell, I'm doing everything right. I'm playing as Miang Moonspell, I'm fully upgrading Silver Wind, Pummarola, Torrana's Box, and Pearl Magatama, but nothing is evolving.

In fact, no weapons are, with any character, aside from ones like SpellStream/String/Strike, Victory Sword or Prismatic Missile.

Is my game just messed up, or is there some simple solution I'm missing?

"The Greatest!" achievement glitched?

I've seen in other places that I just needed to get up to store section 23 and a store level of 88 to unlock this cheevo. I did that, but nothing popped. I then tried buying every storage section and all remaining store sections, but still nothing. Anything I can try besides starting completely over?

Just don't bother

As we all know, sometimes pallets fall over during transit. It happens. Not blaming anyone. It's a pain to pick everything up and make things stable again, but it's gotta get done. It's another thing entirely when the restacking looks like this.

Not to mention the damaged products scattered throughout the cooler, the puddle of leaking drinks left untouched and stacked on top of other pallets rather than emptied and thrown out, and crushed boxes strewn about. I had to make two more pallets to restack things to an acceptable level just to be able to get them out of the cooler.

If I didn't have pride in my work ethic, I'd absolutely get "sick" and go home. I am so mad.
