Is nano worth it?

Is nano worth it?

Found the perfect artist but she charges $950 for initial appointment and then $400 for a retouch. I want to get it done if it’s really worth the investment and won’t be a hassle with the touch ups later on.

Been wanting to try something new but I also want something low maintenance where I don’t have to retouch or worry about it turning grey or green in the next few years! What’s your honest review and experience?

I hate this so much 😔

I’ve been trying to heal it naturally since March and went to see a naturopath. She prescribed antimicrobials, but I also got antibiotics (quad therapy) in case I need them if the antimicrobials don’t work. My naturopath prescribed the SBO Kit (ADP, Dysbiocide, FC Cidal)

I’ve been feeling better and have been taking them for about 30 days. I’m almost done with my course. My bowel movements have also changed, and I’m now almost pooping every day.

My diet has been rice, protein, and bone broth. I will do sugar here and there but it didn’t affect me at all. I also limited my gluten intake and quit coffee.

On Thursday, I had a trigger food (fried falafel) and coffee and experienced a bad acid reflux flare-up. I fasted the next day to give my stomach a break and have since been eating plain rice and drinking herbal teas. Today I feel better, but there is still mild burning.

I’m scared to take the antibiotics because I don’t want to flush out the good bacteria, but I might I’m getting really tired and sick of this. I just want to go back to normal life and eat what I want again. 😔
