Operations Engineers

I’ve been told in this group that what is going on day to day isn’t true. On the plant floor hourly labor is using fmla to miss weeks a year. When overtime is available, required or optional overtime, labor is making six figures. This is enough pay that some often use fmla to take time off and still survive just fine. Labor cost is out of control. Fix it and you will become ceo.
