I own this ringmaster prototype plushie, I bought it online from Daniel Leon who was the first person to show off this rare piece of Club Penguin history. He originally purchased it from a lady who resells toys that she finds from flea markets in Tijuana. I have this snazzy guy safe in a clear display box now!
