I just found this Reddit and wanted to share a funny story.

I used to play club Penguin since I was like 5y. One around 2011~2012, don't know exactly, I decided to try entering Rockhopper's account by trying multiple passwords. Dont judge me I was just a stupid bored kid back then. But I have this very vivid memory to this day that I actually did it after trying for a few minutes. The password was something with puffles, I think.

At the moment it loaded to the server selection, the school bus arrived at my house and I had to leave.

After school, I rushed to try to do the same thing again, using the same password, but it didn't work anymore and I never got to enter as Rockhopper ever again.

I never knew if this is a fake memory, a dream or something, but I swear It's so real in my mind. What do you think, 8y old me could've actually done it?

Got a spot in the Alpha testing of Club Penguin Infinite, an upcoming HTML AS3 CPPS.

The server will feature expanded rooms (mostly the outdoor ones) that will feature a camera that is similar to the Box Dimension Maze from CPJ and Penguin Origins' expanded Lighthouse. Looking forward to seeing more as the alpha testing continues.

A few other things that we know about the server so far:

- Most outdoor rooms will receive an expanded makeover

- The plaza will have the Stage (the current plaza in the video will not be the final version)

- Game has run well on mobile so far

Just got this peak of a game and decided to put it on usb loader gx!

I had my mom grab her camera and take a picture of the computer screen. Then I had it printed out. This picture is 15+ years old.
I wanted to make sure I had proof for when I told my friends at elementary school.

A couple of friends and I have been building a social game inspired by Club Penguin, where players from different countries can talk through live voice and text translation without worrying about language barriers. You can also choose to learn a language if you want. Instead of through lessons, you'd pick it up naturally by hanging out and chatting with people from around the world.

Do you think a game like this would still work today? What made Club Penguin so memorable for you? What features, activities, or moments kept you coming back? And is there anything you miss that no other game has gotten right? I'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

We're still early in development, so feedback from longtime Club Penguin players would be incredibly valuable. If there's enough interest, we plan to open a small closed alpha testing group in the fall.

I’m cleaning out the garage at my parents house, and found some old plushies. Unfortunately, one of the rats got into a box BUT only got the foot of this one since it only got to the edge of said box. I’m most likely gonna clean him up and fix his foot, but I thought it’d be nice to share here :)

They were also the first flash CPPS to release CJS in 2020. They are now the first in HTML5 as well.
