Enterprise Experience So Far
Been a crazy 9 months but I’m glad my hard work is showing. This job is far from peaceful or fun all the time but the people make everything better. My first location was a struggle because I was the only MT for 5 months, causing me to have to work every weekend for those 5 months. Hard to stay motivated during that time, but I did. I had the goal to MQI/Grill and get promoted. In May I got transferred to the airport as one of the best of the best. That has been and still is a great experience, but after thankfully passing my MQI and being promoted I put in my transfer paperwork immediately. Just yesterday I found out the other group accepted my request and I start later this month. Very excited for the change because I don’t enjoy this current city that much. I say all this to say even though long term Enterprise isn’t my dream or goal, it’s taking me where I wanna go eventually. Stick with it everyone if you have another goal in mind, this doesn’t have to be your forever.
