The May 26 update introduces a major progression overhaul. Account XP is removed and replaced by a new Collection Level system, based on your cards, Evolutions, Heroes, and Tower Troops — maxing at 2,260 for now. King Level is now separate, tied to card upgrade milestones instead of XP.

Rewards are reworked with frequent milestone drops (Gems, Wild Cards, cosmetics), while Mastery rewards shift from Gems to Gold with easier tasks. Feature unlocks now depend on arenas, not levels.

Also coming soon: a new Evo and Hero in June, and Chaos Mode returns in July.

Hero Dark Prince arrives in Clash Royale in May 2026, Season 83, as the main Hero featured in the first milestone of Premium Pass Royale.

His base stats match the regular Dark Prince, but he gains the Hero Ability Destructive Dismount.

For 3 Elixir, he dismounts while Rhino spawns as a separate troop, dealing area damage with pushback, then charging the nearest building like a Ram Rider with a strong charge hit and lower follow-up damage.

Dark Prince keeps his shield and fights on foot but no longer charges.

Unlock him via Pass Royale or with Hero Coins at release.

• ✅ Ability: Destructive Dismount. Dismounts doing damage, attacking on foot while Rhino charges buildings.

Hero Bowler is the new Hero version of Bowler in Clash Royale, with the same base stats but a unique ability: Stone Swish.

Arriving in May 2026 with Season 83, Hero Bowler can be unlocked as the grand prize of the May Album Event by collecting Album Snippets, or directly with 200 Hero Coins.

Activate Stone Swish for 2 Elixir to root Bowler in place for 9 seconds while he throws special boulders with 11.5‑tile range and circular area damage.

These attacks lose pushback and rolling but gain a Hit Speed boost and 2× damage to troops (384 per hit), with 192 damage per hit to towers, up to 768 if all 4 rocks connect.

• ✅ Ability: Stone Swish. Plants his feet and throws boulders with increased range.
