Does fish give you everything you need?
Hola pescaphiles,
I'm currently exploring pescatarianism, I used to be vegan and stopped for health reasons, ate everything for a few years (mostly beef tbh) and am now exploring cutting out some animal products and trying to do less harm to more sentient beings. I was eating chicken until recently but seem to be settling on fish only as far as meat goes. I'm just wondering how you all get on and whether you've had you had any deficiencies crop up? I know fish tends to be lower in iron than red meat, has anyone struggled with anemia being pescatarian?
