hello, im an 08 with some questions regarding eng @ carleton. I was accepted into Biomedical Electrical Engineering (fall 2026), and my goal is to break into big tech. I was wondering if this program is a good fit. Looking at the courses, it is pretty EE heavy. should I still apply to normal EE or try switching after first year? please help me out

I can’t access anything on the portal which means my app is under review but I still get the message “Your application has been reviewed and being held for review during our next round” is it just a little delayed?

I got rejected from uOttawa Biomedical Mechanical Engineering. The reason they gave is that my average was lower than required (80%). My average is well above an 80. Confused..
