Current / Former Employees: Interview!! Any Advice?

So I had two or three interviews last week with a Four Seasons hotel depending on how you count it. I had a "screening call" with an HR representative. He asked me to come in the next day for another interview with someone also in HR. At the end of my interview she asked if I was available to meet with the department head immediately, and I had an interview with them as well that very same afternoon. Altogether, I was there for two hours. The next morning, I got an email asking me to come in for an interview with the hotel manager a week later. So I wonder: Is this the final interview? I've seen some people say that if I've made it to this point I more than likely already have the job and this is just one final check to make sure I fit the company culture but I'm anxious. Any tips for success? What kind of questions should I expect?
