Enjoying a good book and a good tea

Hi. I recently bought this book, it’s quite interesting and an easy read but kinda short and not very in depth. But it does contain some useful tips and tricks and a glossary that really comes in handy at times.
I was looking for more info though, especially about pu erh history and diversity, but since it’s called a handbook it makes sense. Do you have any other recommendations ?

Tea in cup is Wu Liang Shan Tuo Cha Shou Pu erh

Is this real Yixing ?

Has all the giveaways. Porous especially on the inside, slightly granular on the outside, has little silver/white speckles on it, plus after a few months of constant use and even when completely dry, it gives off a pretty strong smell of shou pu erh, the only tea I use for this pot.
My only problem is that i have no idea what the seal means. Could someone help me ? I bought it for around 100 dollars with 2 little cups included if that helps.
Thanks!

I love physical media even more now

I’m sure some of you are aware of the ongoing outrage in the gaming industry. How Sony and most likely Xbox too will cease production of physical discs of games starting 2028 and go full digital. Problem is, they can and will revoke your digital game(s) licenses at any given time without notice. I know games are another topic, but some music is already being taken down from my streaming service(I’m sure others too), and could go as far as removing songs or albums you bought from ITunes Store for example. Hopefully not, but facts are it is already happening for gaming.
I know vinyl and cds won’t go anywhere (for now), but what if this stupid trend extends to music too at some point.
I’m just so happy I can spin my favourite LPs without ever worrying about licenses and greedy corporations taking away my property.
Physical formats forever !

My little listening corner (for now)

Due to space issues, this is my listening corner for a while. Wanted to make the most out of it.

2nd pic - 1974 CEC BA 600 Japanese turntable.
3rd pic - OTL Bottlehead Crack style DIY project of an acquaintance. Had it for 8+ years with no issues. Drives headphones up to 600 ohms.
4th pic - ProJect Tube Box S2 phono preamp.
HD600 headphones

Tbh, I love this little system. Love HD600’s intimacy and what is does with voices and instruments, the analog warmth of the all tube chain, and the fact that i have more than enough power to drive the notoriously hard to drive HD600’s, through this beefy OTL power amp.

Did anyone experience this in NG+ ?

I’m experiencing this bug since starting NG+ more and more often. I wanna say, many times it’s so much better when Aloy just shuts its mouth for more than a minute lol
