Farewell, tutorial dialogues in the forest solitude!
I was casually exploring the map, making a steep climb up a snowy mountain. Just when I reached the top I saw it ... There it was in the distant horizon ... the Zeniths base! I have no Idea what's in store for Aloy, but this got me exited!
Never really noticed this spinning, helical lighting effect until recently. Goes by quick, and needs the right lighting to be obvious.
Horizon forbidden west has really great audio, especially if you have a good home theater system or a good soundbar.
Horizon makes use of the LFE (low frequency effect) channel (the .1 in 5.1 or 7.1) for some sound effects such as detonating a spike mid air, mele hits, blastslings etc. This adds more bass to the sound.
Unfortunately, the game has an issue with Dolby Atmos in particular. PS5 supports multichannel PCM, DTS, Dolby Audio and Dolby Atmos. When using "Dolby Atmos", the LFE channel is discarded and all these effects are not played back. It's not evident at first, as the outcome is that you have less bass. Toggling between Dolby Audio and Dolby Atmos can make this apparent.
I don't know if it's a Tempest 3D bug or Horizon's bug.
How can I report this?
I absolutely love that they added entire underwater world it is beatiful I just wish there was combat underwater yes you hunt fish but you can't really use your bow and arrow underwater, I know it sounds unrealistic but...
I need an Apex Shellsnapper heart to upgrade a bow. I've been to two sites. One of them spawns 2 apex shellsnappers and the other is surrounded by spikesnouts.
Someone said there's one near the stillsands and one near Tides reach and I cant find either of them. I've been looking for so long, please help. I just want the heart 😭
Finally finished the campaign and burning shores after having it all these years.
Rest in peace to him, he was great in every work i seen him in from John Wick to Resident Evil on Netflix. I wished they involved Sylens more in this game.
Might get the PS5 Remastered to play Zero Dawn again someday.
Been looking for a non-book club edition of this and Tolkienbooks.us led me to believe that all book club editions had a red or blind stamp in the bottom right on back of the book. Well, I found one without any stamp, so I thought I was safe buying this one as the eBay listing showed no stamp, even though they didn’t show copyright page or page edges.
This appears to be a 1st printing, third state book club edition based on the copyright page. I have a different code on the last page than have been seen in the wild. Is it worth sending info to Tolkienbooks.us so they can add info?
we fought 2 corruptors in one fight during the main campaign and they got their own fight in the arena, I wish we could have had a place to fight respawning specturs or they had their own fight in the arena. They were honestly some of my favorite machines to fight in the entire base game and DLC and I would have loved to be able to keep fighting them
