Has anyone keep losing weight after stopping Zepbound and has not done maintenance over 6 months and has not gained more than 1-4 pounds ?
Am I the only one who kept losing a few more pounds after I stopped my weekly shot and have not taken a dose in over 6 months and still have not gained weight ? Like I’m seriously not trying to be funny. Same thing happened with my sister. I was telling my mom. It’s like it fixed something in us that was broken. with being on zepbound for 10 months I lost 55 pounds then lost an additional 5 pounds over a 2 month period after I stopped. I didn’t even need to lose the 5 extra pounds I’m 5’6” and sitting at 126. I went down to 125 when my weight loss finally stopped. In fact I want to gain 5 more pounds. Has this happened to anyone else ? I see a lot of people talking about gaining back the weight. I was fully prepared to continue with this for a lifetime if needed with maintenance because of everything I read, but I’m not getting that experience. Anyone else out there like that or know someone like that is something wrong with me my sister like I’m actually kind of concerned in a way. Is this normal?
