Willing to take macro shots with dji osmo action 6

Hi! I’ve using this camera for a while and I love it, but what it comes to small subjects the minimum focus distance is too big. I would love being able to take macro shots, or at least to get closer to my subjects, but I can’t find any affordable way, since the inon lenses are too expensive for my budget and generic macro filters don’t feel trustworthy.

I just wanted to know if someone has a tip, a good filter they worked well for you or if I’m just asking for too much without willing to spend a lot of money

Need professional photography development?

Hello everyone, lately I feel stuck in my evolution with photography. I haven't had any type of professional training nor taken courses, but I currently have a Nikon Z8 with the 180-600 and 24-120 f4 lenses since it is a hobby that I take very seriously. I mainly dedicate myself to nature photography, but I feel that my main weak point is photo editing. I use Lightroom on my tablet to edit, I always shoot RAW, and I simply feel that my results are still very far from the type of photography I aspire to and what my gear is capable of.
I wanted to ask if anyone who has obtained professional training could give me some advice or recommend an institution with which I could take my level a step further. I don't mind investing money in my training since I study biology and consider photography a great complement to my field trips and research. The attached photos are mine, and constructive criticism is also welcome. Thanks in advance to everyone.

DJI osmo action 6 VS Sony zv-1

I already own the zv-1, but the underwater housing costs the same as a dji osmo action 6. I want to do both macro (nudibranchs) and bigger animals photography AND video. For macro i would get an inon macro lens for the zv-1 (with seafrogs housing) and any +15 d filter for the dji.

I want seriously good footage but underwater this will be my first setup. Im getting my OWD this summer, so for the moment, i will only use this while snorkeling. What should i do? Thanks 😊

Hi! I need a light for my Sony zv-1 underwater setup. I want to begin with one of these and not a strobe because these are cheaper and also I want to do video. Has anyone tried one of these or has any advice?

About the Leton power i have read lots of comments saying that it flooded in the second / third dive. The orcatorch has less lumens but also less comments about this issue. What should i do?

Hi!
I do wildlife photography and have filmed underwater some times with my gopro, but i want to take it to the next level.

I considered the Olympus TG series, but the quality (mainly on video) is not enough for the results that I expect.

Since i prefer video but i also want to take photos, I decided that the SONY zv-1 would work great. Even with the housing it is still cheaper than the Canon g7x miii (which i also considered before), it can record 4k log footage and is also decent at pictures. I would also use it as my main camera in some trips since my nikon gear is sometimes too big and heavy. For macro i would add the macro lens of the picture (i am open to other recommendations). I know that i would also need a trigger and optic fiber wires, and the strobe of couse (i also hear recommendations about this), but in general terms, am I missing something important about all this? I would use it while snorkeling mainly, and bring it to my dives only when I consider that i have enough experience and control. Any help or advice is welcome :)
