Have been unable to get LE to confirm existance of the fabricated witnesses to my FILs fabricated will. On the civil side, they claim they can only try to make contact. Please advise.

So much hinges on a few certain facts that should have been easily confirmed or denied. Instead, our SIL steamrolled thru us and our estate attorney that would have helped more by doing nothing.

How do I go about a simple but official investigation (that may or may not be accepted into consideration by LE or courts?)

Expected: Majority of riders preferring phone activity during ride.... Reality: Virtually no one does, choosing conversation or silent dark time.

Its kind of the most consistent observation across all types of riders. In my mid sized city, at least. I think the behavior can be chalked up to loneliness and the rare chance to share a space with someone else.

I dunno. Anyway- is this typical or are phones coming out for you all?
