Multipoint switching not working anymore? (Quietcomfort Ultra)
Hi all,
I tried searching the reddit community here for anyone with a similar issue but haven't seen this exact one yet. I am currently using a new pair of quietcomfort ultras I bought a few months ago and they've been working fine but I don't know if there was an update or what but now I can't switch devices through the headset anymore. I switch from my phone, tablet, and pc quite often so I used to just click the button on the headphones themselves and they would switch to the next device. Like there would be a voice telling me which device I am connecting or switching to and now its just a swooshing noise when it connects to anything. Now I have no idea what devices I am connected to or disconnecting from. Is this a feature? If so can I just go back to the old way because I need to use the app every single time I need to switch devices and it's super annoying for windows connectivity.
