What's Zillow's hiring process like?

Have an interview coming up and am curious if anyone here has interviewed with them before and what the interview process is. As far as I've read, it's phone screening, coding round, system design, behavioral.

Is the coding round leetcode? what specific problems do they usually focus on in their system design round?

Also curious about company's culture in general, any advice/info is appreciated!

Question about vehicle registration when moving out of state

Recently moved to a different state and got a reminder email that my registeration is about to expire. I was under the assumption that if I didn't renew, it'll be cancelled automatically, but not sure if that's the case.

I would appreciate your help in answering the following questions:

1- On the BMV website, there's an option for removing registration. Is that all I need to do?

2- Do I need to give them my new address?

3- Do I need to return the license plate?

Seeing career progression advice

I started working as a SWE couple of years ago, in a non-tech industry. Before that, I was doing a PhD but mastered out due to financial reasons as well as not being happy with the program. My current role is heavily SWE based, mainly around GenAI applications.

I have been promoted in my role and have an amazing manager and team. I am slightly concerned about my career progression and the work I am doing, as it seems less impressive compared to the work I was doing in school. Sometimes, I feel like my resume reads like that of a YouTuber, new shiny stuff, but not enough substance.

What advice would you give someone to plan and executte their career in a way that makes every year worth it? I'm concerned that despite the past few years, I feel like I haven't grown as much as I should have. When I was in school, I felt like my background made me a good candidate; but, after being a SWE for the past few years, I don't have that feeling.

Essentially, I want to decide the direction of my career, rather than being pulled in somewhere. How did you decide the direction of your career? How did you decide where you'd want to be in 10 years later?

I got a ticket around two weeks ago and mailed it in as per instructions on the ticket. I used return receipt and got it back and someone signed it that it was received on April 29th.

Initial court date on the ticket is next week, now I'm worried if they've actually gotten the ticket. Tried calling but it's a small town court and they have very strange biweekly hours. This is in Schoharie county. Any ideas how long it might take on average to hear back? Thinking of just driving there if I don't hear back by next week, as I want this to just be over.

My partner filed their taxes and got federal and state refunds(from two states). They forgot to report some income they've earned from a hobby in one state.
they miney was made on Venmo but no forms were received from Venmo, so I think it can be reported as a miscellaneous income on TurboTax.

What about the refunds already received? where can those be reported on TurboTax? In general, what are the steps needed to be followed in this case? Should we just reported the missing income and federal/states do their own calculations to factor in the refunds received?

Was visiting from out of state and got a speeding ticket upstate New York. I've found two traffic law firms online and was wondering of anyone's had any experience with them. The traffic law firms are:

1- Benjamin Goldman

2- Weiss & Associates,PC

I am also open to any other recommendations. Thank you!
