Why is brooke wearing what appears to be a heavy winter sweater and Hope is dressed like its below freezing point while Will is taking dips in the ocean and parading out half naked. Lets get real ffs. Is it winter in Malibu or wherever the hell they live?

Did they drop out ot the show like Flo and Quinn did? Wouldnt be the first time the writer does this.
