I just got this Thai constellation a couple weeks ago and she already has a new leaf, I have it in a pot like one inch bigger than the root ball w super chunky soil and I have no idea where to add a support so I just have it rigged like this for now. I had it in my east window and just today moved it directly in front of my southern facing window for max light. What do I do about the support and is it too far away ?

I’ve had my pink princess for only a couple months and it’s right in front of my east facing window. It had a lot of crispy tips and just looks kind of unhappy. Is it too close to my window ?? Any thoughts or tips helpful :) I water once a week sometimes less I go by how heavy the plastic pot is.
