I was ret. from Army @ 19 for injury while on active duty, 1977 , took VA comp, (60%)instead of ret. pay I was only an E2. when med . Retired >in 2010 VA finally gave me 100% P&T based on unemployability , rated@ 90 %
Question I’ve been married 15 yrs now , what INS. Benefit can I get for my spouse, she has no income, this is post nam era. Med retirement .No combat.! Applied for both, but each , refers me back to each other agency., tired of the run around!
