Why do all India rankers join Teaching?

I mean you gained all these knowledge, rigour capability, AIR just to teach one subject? When people Get top AIR in JEE and many other comp exams .... they mostly use their knowledge to do some innovative things like startups , or get into very high management roles in reputed companies , or very tuff to understand domains with high return ...

I don't understand why CA all India rankers are going into teaching industry....like you could just study that particular subject for a year and start teaching , but since you have earned a AIR you are capable of doing much more than teaching.
