Lexham insurance issues
I’m not sure what to do my policy is being cancelled by Lexham insurance due to my direct debit not being set up, however I had originally set it up and they took first payment and after that no payments I received a phone call about 2 months ago and it was briefly ended after I had been informed that my payments haven’t been going through. Ever since I’ve tried to contact millions of times, callback request, calling and even sending emails not 1 response. I’ve called them about 20 times no joke and sat hours waiting on hold to them to never get put through to one of their agents. Am I liable for anything , will this affect my future insurance policies and how can I deal with this because I cannot physically do anything nor send any payment unless Lexham are in contact with me. I’ve received an automated email today from Lexham informing me my policy has been cancelled and I don’t want it to be cancelled I’d like to continue insuring my Forza 125 as I commute around London all the time. What do I genuinely do and could I possibly be taken to court for this or can I take them to court I don’t know… please help😖
