having Insomnia right now or i just sleep for like 4 hours average and my body is constantly twitching or like spasm, mas malala nung last month di ako makatulog 3 days straight. so i went to general doctor and all my bloodwork are normal and she inquire me to psychiatrist because it maybe na anxiety siya. but i have no money tas incoming college student pa naman ako. also my parent said so na it will just go on like mawawala din yan like it makes me down too na alam nila di nila importantsya and mental health na problem. I think my root cause of my problem is my family itself like my father and mother breaking up and my mother forced to accept my step dad even though na mahirap talaga and that one night i keep thinking dying while sleeping and that night my heart suddenly jerk and suddenly madali ako mastartle kahit little noise parang ansensitive ko talaga. so plss how do i cope with this should i earn money and go to psychiatrist myself. can it help me. im tired of that doctor giving me temporary solution like sleeping pills if di ka pa nakapunta sa psychiatrist. im rock bottom in my life i hate my family but im afraid to tell them. i wish i have someone to talk to atleast.
