Need help choosing my first electric guitar – 17-19K budget

Hey everyone, I'm looking for an electric guitar in the 17,000–19,000 INR range. I mainly play Indian rock, rock, and metal, so I need either an HSS or HH pickup configuration for that heavier tone.

Also looking for a decent audio interface under 5K to record at home.

What would you guys recommend? Any suggestions or personal experience in this price range would really help. Thanks 🤘

20M BSc student need to earn ₹10K in 4.5 months with no prior skills — what should I learn?

Hey everyone,

I'm a 20-year-old BSc student with no freelancing or technical skills right now, but I'm willing to learn. Here's my situation:

Need ₹10,000 within the next 4.5 months

Need another ₹20,000 before January next year (for batch purchases + other expenses)

Can dedicate 2–3 hours daily

Can pick up a new skill within 1–2 weeks if pointed in the right direction

I'm open to anything — survey apps, freelancing, online gigs, content work, whatever is actually realistic. I've seen a lot of posts suggesting things that sound good on paper but don't actually pay.

Can anyone who has actually earned money online guide me on what skill to learn and where to start? Even a small reply pointing me in the right direction would mean a lot.

Thanks in advance 🙏

CU BSc CS Hons (4-year) → MSc admission with pending supply result — anyone in same situation? [2025]

Hey everyone,

I'm currently in my 4th semester of BSc Computer Science Honours (4-year program) at Calcutta University (2024–2028 batch). I'm planning to exit after 3rd year and pursue MSc from CU itself.

Here's my problem:

I have a supply in 3rd semester. I plan to clear it during the 5th semester exam window (around March 2027), but realistically the result won't come out until around June 2027.

The issue is — PG admission at CU now starts in May, and form fillup closes by 20th May (as seen this year). So by the time my 3rd sem marksheet arrives, the admission window will likely be over.

This means I won't be able to enter my 3rd sem marks during the application — which could make me ineligible or incomplete as a candidate.

My questions:

Has anyone from the 4-year BSc CS batch faced this situation while applying for MSc?

Is there any CU rule or provision that allows students with a pending supply result to still apply for PG admission?

Did anyone successfully get admission with an incomplete marksheet at the time of form fillup and submit the result later?

I'm genuinely stressed about this. The curriculum change has shifted everything earlier, and students with back papers are now stuck in a weird gap.

Any help, experience, or advice would mean a lot. Even if you know someone who went through this — please drop a comment.

Thanks 🙏

Please, I need everyone's reply on this matter. Kindly share your opinions.
