Watermills never finished the ceilings so we can see the moldy wood they used. Is this safe? It is the ceiling above my shower, freaks me out when I take long hot showers. Notice shallow breathing unless I keep the doors opened. Any suggestions of an expert to test this and is this actually really bad to be breathing in? The units get very dusty because they never finished the ceilings, thinking about all that we are breathing in too.

Charlesgate has taken over this building and got their sign up in the elevator but forgot to check that the elevator is past due inspection. Expires: 10.31.2025

Charlesgate is a useless satellite management company. Recycle bins filled with trash. Mice everywhere. Moldy, stinky lobby carpet… lobby is also connected to the trash room, only entrance to 330 and the garage. Start and end your day walking through a trash room filled with mold. Why doesn’t the market stock the shelves? The restaurant has had a coming soon sign for over two years now.
