Hi! I’m looking to see how much people in the area are typically paying for house cleaning once or twice a month. I got a quote for.$220 to clean our 1475 square foot apartment (2 bed 2 bath), and I’m wondering if that is in the ballpark of what others pay, or if that is high.

Has anyone else been getting polling requests from an Insights Research? One number in the usual election-time spam (far more than I'm used to for a state senate race) has been claiming be that polling firm, which doesn't seem to actually exist. The site they use is a generic free internet survey site.

It's been sending this poll, which starts as a generic political poll, with pretty even descriptions of the candidates to start, but then frames the rest with very positive questions about Lander and negative questions about Brownsberger. This seems like an attack ad by Lander's campaign disguised as polling?

I'll admit, I was already leaning against Lander over rent control, but I did find his transparency messaging appealing. If this is actually his campaign, that's... not a good look. Faking a polling firm to send attack ads doesn't seem very transparent. Anyone else getting similar polls?

Just wondering, how do you feel about him? Are you planning to vote for him or will you vote for Katherine Clark or Tarik Samman instead? Do you think Paz can able to win Waltham?

The fact that he couldn’t even win for mayor of Waltham in 2023 when it should be winnable for him as he lost by double digits give me think that he is not really ready to win against a very powerful incumbent. The fact that he has Flock ties and the way he expressed came across dishonest imho. I rather to vote for Tarik Samman before these two even if he drops out anytime soon. And if I am forced to vote for either Clark or Paz, I would vote for Clark simply because I do not trust Paz at all mainly over the Flock stuff.

Does anyone in this group live here and have any insight about living here? I am interested in potentially buying one of the condos in this complex. I see there’s many available for sale and I’m wondering if that’s a potential red flag.

Did anyone see a hit and run in the target parking lot today around 5? Our car was hit while it was parked and the driver did not leave any contact info and the cameras were too far away to see anything clearly.

i have a road test soon and im wondering if i need to do any lane change. it would be nice if someone who took the test recently could share their tips. thanks
