Hello guys I have this issue of having little stuttering on my YouTube videos, I'm playing it on my TV through my laptop, however when I do the same in my other browser the same does not happen, it works perfectly, which brought me to the conclusion of it being the operas fault. I tried fixing it with AI help and changed flags compatibility and even downloaded the 264h extension but nothing seems to fix it. Can anyone help me on this? I don't think providing a log would be all that helpful since there is not a system error to flag but if needed I'll definitely provide. Any help is appreciated because this is ruining my experience with this browser so far. Thanks in advance.

Hello guys I'm pretty new in this modding stuff. I would like to ask to community what tools do you use when you try to bring some decal you see online to make it usable in the game the AI told me gimp would be useful but I want to know what the community says about it. What steps do you guys follow what it is resolution of the image and what the format so I can make it easier, any kind of help will be appreciated and I'm sure I will be sharing what I do with you guys of course just to the form of gratitude for the help.
