A celebratory batch I've just made

Had a networking opportunity today that went well and gave me more insight into my industry. Celebrating with some cookies that turn out how I like. Chewy in the middle and a little crunchy

My second attempt at primary school cake

I made this last night with a proper cake pan and less milk in the icing

It’s a British classic and I’m super proud of it

What a difference a day and an extra 50g of flour makes

After all of your feedback I really wanted to do better. I am definitely not going to win any competitions but I feel like I nailed cookies by home baking standards. An easy recipe that everyone enjoyed them. Thanks for all the feedback

115 browned butter (cooled in the fridge)
150 flour
100 brown sugar
50 white sugar
60 chocolate chips and dark chocolate(save less than half)
1 egg
Baking powder

Place in freezer for a few hours or overnight

Make 50g dough balls and bake at 175 Celsius for 10-12 mins

Recently started making homemade cookies

These are the results so far thoughts and opinions welcome just be kind since I'm not much of a baker. I only started doing it because the stress of unemployment, attempts at relationships and being injured from the gym was getting to me.

I posted these In order as well.
