Hello everyone last night while my child was attempting to beat astro bot the PlayStation that I recently acquired didn't load the level or anything else. After shutting down and restarting the console the issue persisted into the menu of the PlayStation except it has a huge delay ( almost 4 seconds between a button press and something happens on screen) I've been all over the place resetting the console and even clearing the cache. Nothing helps the whole thing was factory reset and still the menu lags and cannot load games without audio and visual glitches. No beeps no sounds that tell me what's going on. It was cleaned last night as I thought I might have missed something.
