The players are ratmen/skaven, competing in a no rules grand prix. I was thinking of Savage worlds, but wouldn't mind some suggestions.

So it seems like from the mention of the host tag, you will not be able to combined Mercurial Host and Frenzied Host together.

I am I wrong?
