Jag har nyligen blivit sjukskriven under en period av min läkare. Hon har skickat ett intyg till Försäkringskassan, och jag förstår att jag nu också behöver dela det med HR-avdelningen hos min arbetsgivare.

Det innehåller min privata medicinska diagnos och av olika anledningar vill jag helst hålla den konfidentiell. Är det någon som vet hur man brukar göra i en sådan situation? Det här är första gången det händer mig, så jag är lite osäker. Tack!

Hi everyone

I’m intending to travel to Karlstad to watch the European Rally of Scandinavia at the end of this month. I’ve provisionally booked a hotel, but I’m finding it difficult to figure out how to organise.

I’d like to get out on to some of the stages (beyond Colin’s Crest and the service park in Karlstad). There’s a map of the stages on the Rally website - but it provides no other information (such as parking areas, where you can spectate from, what time roads are closed etc.). I’ve emailed the Rally and the ERC but they unfortunately haven’t responded.

Has anyone been to this rally before and do you have any tips? Do they usually release this info? I don’t want to travel to Karlstad if actually I can’t manage to drive out to any of the stages through a lack of info.

Does anyone have the Edge 850 and, if so, are there any tips for reducing the ‘busyness’ of the map? I have it set to ‘Least’ but there are still SO many POIs shown (including restaurants etc.) that I really don’t care about.

Apologies for my English, my Swedish is still under development! I've recently purchased a road bike that I will store in my apartment basement (which is secured behind a very well locked door). Nonetheless, I'd like to get insurance for it. My home insurance doesn't cover items in the basement.

Does anyone know of a company that (i) does cover basement items too or (ii) offers a standalone bike insurance please?

Hi all!

I've recently purchased a Grizl CF 6. I'll be transporting it in my car quite often, so I commonly need to take the front wheel on and off.

I'd like to get a thru axle with a lever, to make this easier (and so I don't need to rely on another tool to bring with me each time). I think the spec for my Grizl is 12 x 100mm with a 1.0 thread pitch - but I'm really struggling to find a thru axle that fits this!

Does anyone know of a recommendation please?

Hi everyone!

I took delivery of my first gravel (and first Canyon) bike yesterday. I set everything up last night and excitedly took it out for a ride today.

Unfortunately, pretty quickly I realised there was an issue with the gears. It seems to downshift okay, but it really struggles to upshift, there’s also a clicking noise when I’m in lower gears (1-4). It meant that for most of my ride, I was stuck in gears 1/2/3. When I finally managed to get it into a higher gear (like gear 5), all gears above that seemed to shift up without issue.

I’ve since got home and turned it upside down to test the gears. It’s in gear 1 right now. I’ll turn the pedals and upshift and it makes a click noise (from the lever) but nothing happens - it stays in gear 1.

It has a SRAM Apex XPLR.

Does anyone know what this might be / how I can fix it please? I feel totally lost - and equally frustrated at the thought of having to pay to take this into a bike shop given I just received it!
