I'm starting to understand that transformation isn't just physical

Something I've been thinking about lately is how much of this journey is actually mental. Obviously physical changes can be important, but I'm also paying attention to how my habits, confidence, and relationship with my habits confidence and relationship with my routines change over time. I don't want to define the entire journey by one measurement. For those further along, what has changed for you besides the physical side?

Checking in instead of disappearing when things feel difficult

i am making a small commitment to myself to keep checking in even when I don't feel like everything is going perfectly. It's tempting to only talk about the good days, but I think the harder days are part of the journey too

What helped you stay consistent during your first month?

For those who have been with Emerge for a while, what helped you stay consistent in the beginning? I'm not looking for medical advice or specific instructions just personal habits or routines that made things easier for you. Sometimes hearing simple ideas from people who've been through it is really helpful.

Feeling impatient. Remind me this is a marathon not a sprint

I see people posting huge losses and i am happy for them but also jealous. I am 3 weeks in and only down 7 lbs. I know that is healthy and normal but my brain wants instant results. I need reminders that slow and steady wins the race. Tell me your stories of slow losses that led to huge transformations.

Titration question do I haveto go up or can I stay at current dose?

I am on 0.25mg and honestly, it's working pretty well for me. I'm nervous about going up to 0.5mg because I've heard side effects can get worse. Does Emerge require you to titrate on their schedule or can you request to stay at a lower dose longer? I want to be safe but also not suffer unnecessarily. What did you all do?
