I'm 100% sure that neither of them write nor even sing the "music" they keep lip syncing.

With today's AI apps you don't have to. Just write the prompt: what you want the song to be about, optionally you can add words or phrases to be included. Choose a preferred style, like gangsta rap etc. (With ai you don't have to be specific just write in your own words). Submit your voice sample - and ai generates a song in your voice. If you don't like it you can tweak it or just change the prompt and generate new.

When you get what you like - learn words and lip sync on camera in every corner of your backyard 🤭 and possibly near gas stations

It took about 5 minutes. Most of the time was spent writing the prompt. I think if I spent more time adding all the details of the drama song would have been more accurate.

But I just wanted to show how easy it is to "write songs" and "sing" them. And why $0 is able to shit out a song (studio quality recording) what seems like every few hours.
